Our tools and resource's are designed to help you get the job, material, and tools or find the right contractor and get it done to move on to the next project with out wasting time and resource. Post your own content with an easy to use text editor or use HTML: The objective of excavating.com is to creat a business networking site to help people connect and interact within excavating/construction related activities. We are utilizing the best applications available for an easy as possible writing experience. Currently the text editor that is available will be implemented across all of our future content applications. For those of you who prefer, you can work in HTML as well.
Edit, delete, or save a draft of your content any time: You are in control of your content; you can edit content that you have published previously or delete it whenever you want. We have also made available the feature/ability to compose your content and save it as a draft to continue improving it before you publish it to the world. The intention is to make the experience of composing your content effortless so that you can succeed in your area of interest.
Link to other web sites within your content. Throughout all the applications in excavating.com we have made it as simple as possible to get people and business in touch with you; all URL's automatically are linkable.
We are currently trying Apture for easer and quicker content linking; tell us what you think about Apture on this site. As a registered user of excavating.com you can implement Apture links into your content; give it a try. Look in the upper left corner of your content editor for the Apture buttons (you may have to sign up for an Apture account, but when you click one of the buttons for the first time it will take you through the process)
Upload Pictures into your content. Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words; we have made available the ability to upload pictures into your documents and resize them with a simple mouse click and drag.
Upload Videos into your content. We are currently working to easily upload your own movies/videos in to your content . This should make it easy for you to create high quality content that will help you network/market your business/yourself to the world. (coming soon!)
